Get started with MyFXHelp in just a few minutes. Follow this step-by-step guide to create your trading account and begin your investment journey.
Before You Begin
You will need a valid email address, phone number, and a government-issued ID (passport or driver's license) to complete the registration and KYC verification.
Click "Get Started"
Go to heromarkets.com in your browser. Click the "Get Started" button to begin the registration process.
Fill in your information
Fill out all the fields with your information: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.
Password Requirements
Key Information- 8–15 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one digit
- At least one of these symbols: @$!%*
Click "Get Started"
Once all the information is filled out, including Email, Password, Country, and Phone Number, click the "Get Started" button to proceed.
Personal Information
You will now see a Questionnaire. Check the boxes that describe you — such as country, birth place, citizenship, and that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). Click "Continue".
Date of Birth
Enter your date of birth as it appears on your ID/passport. Click "Continue" to proceed.
Address
Add your residence address and click "Continue".
Identification Number
Enter your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Select "Yes" and enter your number, then click "Continue".
Financial Information
Answer the "Financial information" questions — this includes employment status, income, and other financial details. Answer honestly and accurately.
Trading Experience
Answer the "Trading experience" questions — this includes your level of education and previous experience with financial instruments.
Complete Registration
Check the boxes for Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, General Policies, and Email Subscription. Then click "Complete registration".
Completed!
