Withdraw Funds
Follow this guide to withdraw funds from your MyFXHelp trading account. The process is straightforward and your request will be reviewed promptly.
Withdrawal Method
Key InformationWithdrawals are processed using the same payment method you used for your deposit. This is a regulatory requirement to ensure the security of your funds.
Open the Side Menu
From your MyFXHelp dashboard at portal.heromarkets.com, click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner to open the side navigation menu.
Press "Withdraw"
In the side menu, you'll see several options including Dashboard, Deposit, Questionnaire, Trading Info, and more. Tap on "Withdraw" to proceed to the withdrawal form.
Fill in Withdrawal Details
On the Withdraw Funds page, fill in the following details:
- Account – Select the trading account you wish to withdraw from. Your available funds will be displayed.
- Withdrawal Amount – Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (in your account currency)
- Reason – Provide a reason for the withdrawal
Submit Withdrawal Request
Once you have filled in all the required fields, click on the "Submit Withdrawal Request" button at the bottom of the form.
Click "Continue"
A confirmation dialog will appear asking "Continue with withdrawal?". Click "Continue" to confirm your withdrawal request, or "Cancel" if you need to make changes.
Withdrawal Request Submitted!
You will see a confirmation message: "Withdrawal request created successfully" along with a notification that MyFXHelp has received your request and will contact you shortly.
What happens next?
Your withdrawal request will be reviewed and approved by the MyFXHelp team. You can scroll down on the withdrawal page to view your previous withdrawal requests and their status.
