Become a Signal Provider
Set up your Hero Social account as a Signal Provider and let other traders copy your trades. This guide walks you through the full process from downloading the app to getting approved.
1Download & Install
Download Hero Social
Go to the App Store (iOS), Google Play, or Galaxy Store (Android). Search for "Hero Social" by Trade Capital Markets (TCM) Ltd and download the app.
Open the App
Tap the Hero Social icon on your home screen to launch the app. You'll be greeted with the Hero Social welcome screen.
2Register & Log In
Start Registration
On the welcome screen, tap the bottom field that says "First time here? Open an account to get started." to begin registration.
Fill in Your Details
Fill in all the required registration fields:
- Email – Your email address
- Password – Create a password and confirm it
- First & Last Name – Your legal name
- Phone Number – Your contact number
- Country of Residence – Select your country
Accept Terms & Register
Tick the two checkboxes at the bottom to accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy, then hit "Register".
Log In
Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can now log in with the email and password you used during registration. Enter your credentials and click "Login".
3Link as Signal Provider
Explore the Discover Page
After logging in, you'll land on the Discover page, where you can see top strategies and copier profits.
Go to "Account" and Link
Navigate to the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen. You'll see a message saying you need to link a trading account. Tap "Link an account".
Select "Provide signals for others to copy"
When prompted with the options, select "Provide signals for others to copy" to register as a Signal Provider.
Choosing Your Role
Key InformationThis is where the Signal Provider path differs from the Copier path. Make sure you select "Provide signals for others to copy" and not "Copy trades from signal providers".
Enter Trading Account Details
You'll be asked to enter your trading account details:
- Select Server – Choose "HeroSocial"
- Account Number – Your Social Trading account number
- Password – Your HEROMARKETS password (not your Hero Social password)
Important
Use your HEROMARKETS trading password, not the password you created for Hero Social. These are two separate credentials.
Accept & Complete Linking
Tick the checkbox to accept that your broker can share your KYC data with the app in accordance to regulatory obligations, then tap "Done" to link your account.
4Complete Signal Provider Requirements
Deposit Minimum $500
You need to deposit at least 500 USD into your Signal Provider account to continue the application process.
Minimum Deposit
Key InformationThe $500 minimum deposit is required for all Signal Providers. This ensures you have real capital in the account you're providing signals from.
Fill Out Signal Provider Application
Once you have deposited money into the account, you need to fill out a Signal Provider application. This is similar to the Copier application but is tailored specifically for signal providers with different questions.
Submit Trading History to Pelican
You must send a trading history of at least 6 months showing profitability to Pelican for review.
Email your trading history to: support@pelicantrading.io
Get Approved
If your trading history is approved, you are now officially a Signal Provider on Hero Social. You will receive a confirmation email about this.
Set Your Performance Fee
Set the "Performance Fee" percentage on your profile in the Hero Social app. You can choose a performance fee from 0% to 50%.
Performance Fee
The performance fee is the percentage you earn from copiers' profits. Choose a competitive rate to attract more copiers while still earning a fair return for your signals.
You're all set!
Everything is set up and there's nothing more to do. The better you perform, the more copiers you'll attract. Good luck!
