Deposit Funds

Follow this guide to deposit funds into your MyFXHelp trading account. The process takes just a few minutes and funds typically appear on your account shortly after.

Go to Your Dashboard

Log in to your MyFXHelp account at portal.heromarkets.com and find the account you want to deposit to. You may have multiple trading accounts listed on your dashboard.

Click on "Deposit"

Under your preferred account, click the "Deposit" button. Each account on your dashboard has its own Deposit, Trade, and Transfer options.

Enter Deposit Amount

On the New Deposit page, you'll see:

  • Deposit to – Confirm the correct account is selected
  • Amount to Deposit – Enter the amount you wish to deposit (in your account currency)

Click "Submit"

After entering your desired amount, click the "Submit" button to proceed to the payment method selection.

Choose Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method from the available options. You can scroll horizontally to see all methods. Options typically include:

Visa

Credit or debit card

PayPal

E-wallet payment

Other

Additional methods may be available

After selecting your method, fill in the required payment details such as card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Click "Deposit"

Once all your payment information is filled out, review the amount and click the "Deposit" button to confirm the transaction.

Deposit Confirmed!

After clicking "Deposit", you should see a "Thank You — New Successful Deposit" confirmation message. Your funds will be transferred to your trading account shortly.

Processing Time

Funds typically appear on your account within a few minutes for card payments. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
