MT5 Setup Guide
Get MetaTrader 5 installed and connected to your MyFXHelp trading account. Follow these steps to start trading on one of the world's most popular trading platforms.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active MyFXHelp trading account. You'll need your Account ID and password, which can be found on your MyFXHelp dashboard or in the email you received when your account was created.
Download MetaTrader 5
Open your device's app store and search for "MetaTrader 5". Download the app by MetaQuotes.
Open the App
Once the download is complete, tap on the MetaTrader 5 icon to open the app.
Go to "Settings"
Inside MT5, navigate to "Settings" using the tab bar at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Tap Your Account Section
At the top of the Settings page, you'll see your current account information. Tap on this section to access your accounts list.
Tap the "+" Icon
On the Accounts page, tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner to add a new broker account. This will open the Brokers search screen.
Search for "trade.com"
In the search field, type "trade.com" to find the MyFXHelp broker server.
Select Trade Capital Holding (TCH) Ltd
From the search results, tap on "Trade Capital Holding (TCH) Ltd" (shown as TRADE.com). This is the broker server used by MyFXHelp.
Enter Your Account ID
Under "Use existing account", enter your Account ID (Login) in the Login field. This information can be found on your MyFXHelp dashboard or in the welcome email you received.
Where to Find Your Account ID
Log in to portal.heromarkets.com and check your dashboard. Your Account ID is the number shown next to each trading account.
Enter Your Password
Type in your MyFXHelp trading password in the Password field. Make sure the Server is set to "TRADE.com-Live".
Tap "Sign In"
Tap the "Sign In" button at the bottom of the screen to connect your account.
Demo Account?
Key InformationIf you have a demo account, tap on "Register a new account" at the top and select "Demo Account" instead.
Setup Complete!
Your MT5 is now connected to your MyFXHelp account! You should see your account balance, equity, and free margin displayed. You're ready to start trading.
What's Next?
Navigate between Quotes, Chart, Trade, History, and Settings using the bottom tab bar. Start exploring markets and placing your first trades!
