Hero Social Setup Guide

Go to the App Store (iOS), Google Play, or Galaxy Store (Android). Search for "Hero Social" by Trade Capital Markets (TCM) Ltd and download the app.

Tap the Hero Social icon on your home screen to launch the app. You'll be greeted with the Hero Social welcome screen.

On the welcome screen, tap the bottom field that says "First time here? Open an account to get started." to begin registration.

Fill in all the required registration fields:

• Email – Your email address
• Password – Create a password and confirm it
• First & Last Name – Your legal name
• Phone Number – Your contact number
• Country of Residence – Select your country

Tick the two checkboxes at the bottom to accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy, then hit "Register".

Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can now log in with the email and password you used during registration. Enter your credentials and click "Login".

After logging in, you'll land on the Discover page, where you can see top strategies and copier profits. Before you can copy anyone, you need to link your trading account.

Navigate to the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen. You'll see a message saying you need to link a trading account. Tap "Link an account".

Select how you want to use Hero Social:

You'll be asked to enter your trading account details:

• Select Server – Choose "HeroSocial"
• Account Number – Your Social Trading account number
• Password – Your MyFXHelp password (not your Hero Social password)

Tick the checkbox to accept that your broker can share your KYC data with the app, then tap "Done" to link your account.

You'll be prompted to complete a risk assessment before you can view content and copy traders. Tap "Complete assessment" to begin.

Answer all the questions in the risk profile honestly and as precisely as possible. The questionnaire covers:

• Financial dependents and employment status
• Investment plans and liquid assets
• Net worth and disposable income
• Risk tolerance and investment objectives
• Previous experience with copy trading or managed accounts

After completing all sections, tick "I accept and agree to the terms" and click "Ok". You'll be automatically redirected to the Discover page.

On the Discover page, you'll see top strategies ranked by performance. You can browse the featured traders or use the search bar at the top to find a specific trader by name.

Tap on any trader to view their detailed profile, including:

• Return history – Performance chart over time
• Profitability – Realised return, live return, and P/L
• Risk level – Max drawdown and leverage
• Performance fee – The fee charged by the signal provider

When you've found a trader you want to copy, tap the "Copy" button on their profile page.

Set up your copy trading preferences:

• Trade size – Choose how trades are sized (e.g., "Proportional by Equity")
• Round up to minimum trade size – Enable or disable
• Copy existing trades – Whether to copy already open positions

Once your settings are configured, tap "Agree and Copy" to proceed. This will open the authorization page.

Read through the authorization agreement carefully. Scroll down and tick the two confirmation checkboxes:

1. I confirm I have read, understood and agree to the above statements
2. I confirm I have read, understood and agree to the Social Trading Authorization and Subscription Terms

Then click "Ok".

A final warning dialog will appear stating that the risk profile of a signal may change over time. Click "Yes" to confirm you understand the risks and want to proceed.
